On Wednesday afternoon, several members of the Kansas men's and women's basketball teams met with the media at Allen Fieldhouse to talk about the upcoming season, breakdown their teams and build hype for what lies ahead.

The KU men are ranked No. 1 in the AP preseason Top 25 poll and the women are receiving votes and eyeing the chance to contend for a Big 12 championship.

There will be plenty of times in the weeks and months ahead to dive into all of that. But, for now, here's a glimpse at some of your favorite Jayhawks — some smiling and some not — in their 2023-24 Kansas uniforms.

Both teams still have exhibition games and scrimmages to play before the season gets under way, but tipoff is fast approaching.
