She's one of the key pieces of this Kansas women's basketball team and has been for the past couple of seasons.

She owns all three of KU's major blocks records — single game, season and career — and has been a double-double machine throughout her time with the Jayhawks.

Beyond that, she's often the fire of the program and displays as much personality as anyone in a Kansas uniform.

As the Jayhawks make one final push to earn a trip to the NCAA Tournament next month, super-senior center Taiyanna Jackson will play a huge role in whether they get in or not.

KU (16-11 overall, 9-7 Big 12) was included as one of the "Last Four In" in the most recent Bracketology projection at ESPN.com. And the Jayhawks will play at UCF on Wednesday night and home against No. 20 Oklahoma on Saturday to wrap up the regular season.

After that it's off to the Big 12 tournament March 7-12 at T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri, and then onto Selection Sunday on March 17.
