Lubbock, Texas — Here's a quick look back at some of the most noteworthy stats and milestones from 6th-ranked Kansas' 79-50, road loss at Texas Tech on Monday night.

The 29-point loss tied for the third worst loss in the Bill Self era at Kansas, behind a 34-point loss to USC in the 2021 NCAA Tournament and a 32-point loss to Kentucky in 2014.

• Made Bill Self 791-243 all time, including 584-138 while at Kansas (29-10 against Texas Tech, 28-7 while at KU).

• Made Kansas 2,389-891 all-time.

INDIVIDUAL NOTES

• Freshman guard Johnny Furphy contributed 13 points on 4-of-8 (50.0 percent) shooting, pulling down seven boards. Furphy has now scored in double figures 10 times this season.

• Graduate guard Nick Timberlake made his second consecutive start for Kansas, posting a season-high tying 13 points. Timberlake added a 2-of-4 (50.0 percent) clip from beyond the arc. Timberlake has scored in double figures four time this season and 61 times in his career.

• Redshirt senior guard Dajuan Harris Jr. knocked in seven points and dished out three assists. Harris surpassed 800 career points with his third point on the night and now has 804 (and counting) for his career.

• Freshman guard Elmarko Jackson added seven points and two steals.
